What is an Escape room?

Each room has a different theme and you are given a mission to complete in 60-90 minutes depending on your game length, by finding clues and solving puzzles. It’s an exciting way to spend time with friends or on a date night.

Do I really get locked in a room?

Some rooms are locked and some aren’t, depending on the mission of the room. In any area that is locked, there will be an emergency key accessible if you need to get out for any reason.

Do I need special skills or knowledge to play?

No. The most important key is communicating with your group during a game and be willing to “think outside the box.” There is also a way to reach out for clues from the game master if you feel stuck.

How far in advance do I have to book?

Bookings can be made as close as 1 hour before a game starts. If it’s closer than that, please stop by in person or call to book an available room. Since we operate by appointment, we may or may not be on site to accept walk in customers. 

Can I have a refund?

All sales are final at time of booking.

Can I bring children?

We recommend ages 10+. The puzzles can be challenging even for adults. Ages 7 and under play free.  Please monitor children at all times.

Do I have to have 8 people to play?

We recommend at least 6 players per room, but less can play. Bare in mind these are very challenging games so the less people in a room, the more difficult it will be.

Can I bring extra people?

Yes. You can bring up to 2 extra people. You simply reserve the room for the max number of people and pay for the extra guests on arrival.

Will I be playing with people I don’t know?

NO. All games are now private meaning you will never be in a room with a group of people you do not know.

Can I put a hold on a room?

The only way to hold a room is to purchase at least 2 tickets.

How long will I be there?

Plan on 90-120 minutes depending on if your game is 60 minutes or 90 minutes. You must ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY to your start time for a short debriefing. All games must start on time. Then you will likely want to take group pictures when you have finished.

Is it handicapped accessible?

Yes. There is an elevator and all doors and hallways are standard.

Is parking available?

There is a parking garage nearby as well as metered parking near the back of the building.
